Claire ANGLADE and Graziano PAFUNDI put their expertise at the disposal of foreigners.
They intervene on a daily basis in proceedings before the French National Court of Asylum (the “CNDA” - Cour nationale du droit d’asile) on behalf of asylum seekers facing a rejection decision by the Director General of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons (the “OFPRA” - Office Français de Protection des Réfugiés et Apatrides).
Where the resources of the Applicant justify it, the Lawyer intervenes as a legal aid lawyer, ensuring that the Applicant is assisted in drafting his or her application to the Legal Aid Office (the “BAJ” - Bureau d’aide juridictionnelle).
In order to provide an effective defense, the Lawyer works closely with the Asylum Seeker and/or the social worker accompanying him or her from the date of referral and throughout the proceedings.
Our law firm is guided by a commitment to expertise, listening, availability and responsiveness.
Claire ANGLADE and Graziano PAFUNDI are members of the ELENA network of Lawyers specialized in asylum law.
The Firm uses the communication network CNDém@t enabling electronic communications with the Court.
The Firm's legal database is extensive and regularly updated.
